Acadia translates to “a place of plenty”, a philosophy that resonates through every dish, every pour and every detail in the restaurant. From lively weekday dinners to private celebrations, our space is designed for abundance, in flavor, service, and shared moments around the table.
We serve modern cuisine with Mediterranean spirit, with a menu shaped by the flavors and ingredients Executive Chef and Partner Ari Bokovza loves the most, drawing inspiration from southern Italy all the way to northern Africa. We celebrate Mediterranean ingredients in all their forms — folded through house-made mezze, layered into freshly made pastas, and wrapped in warm flatbreads. At the center are the dishes Chef Ari loves to cook, modern in approach, and rooted in bold spices, bright herbs, and sun-kissed produce.
Our food is perfectly complemented by a list of exceptional wines and creative cocktails, curated by our Beverage Director and Partner, Aviram Turgeman. From a Tel Aviv-style Gazoz, to our own house-made lemonades, our drinks evoke memories of the Mediterranean with every sip.
